Service Center Supervisor

Insurance Auto Auctions is searching for an Service Center Supervisor to join the Mississippi Title Center team at our facility in Byram, MS.Founded in 1982, Insurance Auto Auctions, Inc. is one of the leading North American salvage auto auctions. We have exclusive focus on the automotive total-loss industry and over 150 corporate owned facilities across the United States and Canada. We provide Sellers and Buyers with the best solution to process and acquire total-loss, recovered-theft, fleet lease, dealer trade-in and collision damaged rental vehicles.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to the following):



  • Support our Byram, MS Branch.

  • Manage the salvage titling and vehicle assignment process

  • Coordinate and administer general business office activities.

  • Supervise branch and office services such as mail and messenger, duplicating, central filing.

  • Word processing, fax equipment, telephone, stationery supplies, order processing, and security.

  • Maintain high levels of customer service.

  • Design more efficient ways of processing work.

  • Develop working relationships with vendors.

  • Facilitate employee teamwork to meet our customers? needs.

  • Resolve branch-level employee issues.

Minimum Requirements:



  • Solid customer service skills

  • Strong leadership skills

  • Basic computer skills

  • Time management skills

  • Positive attitude

  • Ability to work independently

  • Clear communication skills

  • Professional and clean appearance
    ?


Preferred Requirements:



  • 3-5 years? supervisory experience

  • Auto titling and auto industry experience

  • Exposure to managing salvage titling and vehicle assignment process
    ?

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
