## Position Overview
State Farm Insurance Agent located in Byram, MS is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team. As a State Farm team member for Jackie Bland - State Farm Agent, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance.
## Responsibilities
Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
## As an Agent Team Member, you will receive
Hourly pay plus commission/bonus
Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days)
Valuable experience
Growth potential/Opportunity for advancement within my office
## Requirements
Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
Self-motivated
Proactive in problem solving
Experience in a variety of computer applications, particularly Windows
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to multi-task
Achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals
Property & Casualty license (must have currently)
Position may require irregular working hours
