Mold Repair Technician (Traveling)
Mold Repair Technician - are you looking for a traveling contract position that will offer exceptional pay, flexibility, and the opportunity to work with some of the nation's most prominent manufacturing organizations? About the Position As a Mold Repair Technician with FlexTrades, you will work for clients who manufacture a variety of goods, products, components and packaging for liquids, beverages, and chemical fluids.
We are looking for skilled Mold Repair Technicians with experience in one or more of the following:
Troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing plastic injection molds Working with molds that are single cavity and multi-cavity for plastic injection machinery, ranging from 25t-500t Hot runner experience preferred, but the client is open to candidates who have worked with either hot or cold runner molds Operating CNC and Manual mills and lathes, hydraulic grinders, etc Specific qualifications for the role include:
Ability to perform tasks with little to no supervision Ability to travel and commit to assignments ranging from 3 months to 1 year Ability to work 2nd and 3rd shifts, including overtime for the duration of the assignment (50
hours/week) There are no specific certifications or minimum education requirements for this role Pay & Benefits Pay:
$40/hour Guaranteed Overtime Each Week paid at time and a half W2 contractor assignments Access to health insurance Dedicated recruiters and project managers Paid travel expenses to and from job sites (Mileage Reimbursed at $0.
